CANCELLATION POLICY
The time for your skin treatments is reserved especially for you. I value your time and ask that you respect Ritual’s scheduling policies. Any cancellations with less than 72 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service value. Day of and no shows will be subject to a fee 100% of service value. Late Policy: To allow for enough time for your service, please arrive 5 min early. Ritual allows a grace period of 5 min late for wax appts and 10 min for facials. Beyond this time, will require you to reschedule and be charged a 100% service fee
